-There are several clearly marked "Short-Distance Rambling Paths" in the vicinity of La Casota, including in particular: the PRV-147, known as the cathedral of Valencian Short-Distance Rambling Paths, which follows an old Morisco bridle path, including more than 6,700 steps, and which crosses the Barranco del Infierno twice; the PRV-181, which starts from the Font del Gel and leads up to the Cavall Verd and along the crest of the sierra; and the "Fountain Route", which winds its way down to the abandoned Isbert dam.

-The descent to the gorges of the Barranco del Infierno, beyond the "Cova Santa" or Holy Cave, where the sun never enters.

-Visits to the various groups of rock paintings, representing macroschematic art.

The area offers countless possibilities: rock paintings, ancient Iberian settlements, castles of the Arab and Christian eras, etc.

The cities of Denia and Gandía are well worth visiting with their archaeological remains and the Palace of the Borgias.

Alicante and Valencia (95 Km) have a great many attractions to offer: the MARQ (Archaeological Museum), the City of the Arts and Sciences, the Oceanographic Museum, etc.

The "Terra Mítica" Theme Park, 45 Km away, and the Vergel Safari Park, a mere 19 Km distant, complete the range of leisure activities.
